You can change the icons from PZPTray by using a resource hacker
This is can be done easily. Here are the steps using the freeware ResHacker.exe (see at the end)

Step 1: Click on File->open



Step 2: Select PZPtray.exe



Step 3: Then click on Action->Replace Icon



Step 4: Select at the right the original icon you want to change, then click on the "open file with new icon" to select the new icon you want
Once done click on remplace

Icons must 16*16 for QVGA devices and 32*32 for VGA devices




Step 5: Repeat step4 for all the icons you want to change then save.
PZPTray.exe will be modified (a copy of the original is created)
